איסוף הקרוואן
איסוף הקרוואנים נעשה בין השעות 13:00 ל-15:00, לאחר תיאום פגישה.
אין החזר כספי על איסוף מאוחר של הקרוואן.

החזרת הקרוואן והחזרה לשדה התעופה
שעות החזרת הקרוואנים הם 9:00 עד 11:00. חובה להישאר בתחנה בעת החזרת הקרוואן ולא להשאיר אותו וללכת. שירות ההחזרה מחברת ההשכרה הוא לשדה התעופה או לבתי מלון באיזור, רק לשוכרים מעל 7 ימים. מומלץ להסדיר זאת מראש.
איחור בהחזרת הקרוואן יעלה 80 $ כל שעה. אין החזרה לשדה התעופה במקרים של איחור בהחזרת קרוואן. אין זיכוי כספי על החזרה מוקדמת של הקרוואן.

דמי הכנה
דמי הכנה בסך 165 $ ייגבו על כל קרוואן ללא יוצא מן הכלל. זהו סכום חובה הנגבה חד פעמי לכל השכרה. התשלום כולל:
1. ערכה סטנדרטית לרכב.
2. נוזל כימי לשירותים.
3. איסוף והחזרה משדה התעופה - לשוכרים מינימום 7 ימים. האיסוף מתבצע משדה התעופה הראשי של טורונטו (פירסון) או מהמלונות באיזור שדה התעופה. ההסעות מיועדות ל-4 נוסעים. במידה ורוצים הסעה גדולה יותר - יש תוספת תשלום.
אין זיכוי כספי על אי ניצול של נוזל השירותים או של הגז. כמו כן אין זיכוי כספי אם השוכרים לא עומדים בתנאי שירות ההעברות ולא קיבלו את השירות או שהשוכרים רוצים להגיע לבד לשדה התעופה או ממנו.

השכרת אופני הרים ומנשא
אנו מציעים להשכרה אופני הרים למבוגר. יש אפשרות להשכיר 2 או 4 מנשאי אופניים ו-2 או 4 אופניים. במידה והשוכר מביא איתו אופניים, יש אפשרות לשכור רק את המנשא בעבור 5 $ ללילה עד מקסימום 75 $ להשכרה. נא להודיע על רצון להשכרת אופניים ו/או מנשא בזמן ביצוע ההזמנה.

זמני פעילות הסניף וחגים
שני עד שישי 9:00 עד 17:00.
שבת 9:00 עד 16:00.
ימי ראשון וחגים (1 ביוני עד 15 באוקטובר) סגור.
ראשון (16 באוקטובר עד 30 באפריל) סגור.
שעות חורף (16 באוקטובר עד 30 באפריל) 9:00 עד 16:00.
החגים הקנדיים הם 1 בינואר, 19 בפברואר, 29 במרץ, 20 במאי, 1 ביולי, 2 בספטמבר, 14 באוקטובר, 26-25 בדצמבר.

אחריות על תחזוקה וניקיונות
הלקוח אחראי לבדוק שמן ומים בכל תדלוק. מילוי של נוזלים (למעט דלק) יזכה את הלקוח עם הצגת קבלות. מיכל הדלק מלא באיסוף הקרוואן וחיי להיות מלא גם אח"כ. הקרוואן חייב לחזור נקי מבפנים אחרת ייגבה קנס על הניקיון.

תיקונים, החזרים, החזרה מוקדמת
יש זיכוי על תיקונים הכרחיים ללא קבלת אישור מוקדם עד 50 $. הלקוח חייב להציג קבלות. אם הלקוח הוציא מעל 50 $ על תיקונים ללא אישור - לא יהיה החזר. הלקוח נוטל אחריות מלאה על כל הוצאה נוספת שתהיה עקב תקלה בקרוואן. במקרה והקרוואן מצוי בתיקון מעל ל-12 שעות, שלא באשמת הלקוח, באחריות חברת ההשכרה להחזיר ערך השכירות היומי או חלק ממנו. תקלות ברדיו, בטלויזיה, מזגן, מקרר, גנרטור, מיקרוגל, מתקנים חשמליים, מכשיר הניווט ומערכת בקרת השיוט אינן נחשבות כנזק מהותי ולא יתקבל זיכוי עבור בזבוז זמן בגין תיקונם.
אין החזר כספי על החזרה מוקדמת של קרוואן.

תאונה
במקרה של תאונה, הלקוח חייב לעדכן את המשטרה באופן מיידי ולקבל דו"ח כתוב מהמשטרה – משוטר במקום התאונה או מתחנת משטרה קרובה. חייבים להודיע לחברת ההשכרה באופן מיידי ולמלא דו"ח בכתב. בעלי ביטוח שמכסה תאונות, לא יקבלו החזר ללא מילוי נהלים אלה ויהיו אחראים לכל העלויות.

כרטיסי אשראי, המחאות נוסעים
אנו מקבלים, מאסטרקראד, יורוקארד, ויזה, אמריקן אקספרס והמחאות נוסעים קנדים או אמריקאים. אנחנו לא אחראים לשינויים בשערי המטבע.

רישיון נהיגה, גיל הנהג
הלקוח חייב להיות בעל רישיון נהיגה תקף ותקני, או רישיון נהיגה בינלאומי. כמו כן יש למלא בקשה לביטוח ולשלוח אותה לפני קבלת הקרוואן.
גיל המינימום לנהיגה בקרוואן הוא 25.

חניה, עברות תנועה, כבישי אגרה
הלקוח אחראי לדווח ולשלם על כל החניות, עברות התנועה ועברות כבישי אגרה. אי דיווח על כך יחוייב בקנס של עד 100 $. החיובים עבור עברות אלה ינוכו מכרטיס האשראי של הלקוח.

הגבלות
הנהיגה אסורה:
1. במקסיקו.
2. במקומות להם אין כניסה, דרכים לא ציבוריות ומחוץ לשבילים.

טיולים בצפון
כל הקרוואנים הנוסעים לאלסקה, אזור צפון מערב, ולאזור יוקון, חייבים לקבל אישור מראש.

נקיטת זהירות בחורף
כל המים במיכלים ובמערכות המים חייבים להיות בטמפרטורה של 5 מעלות צלסיוס כל הזמן כדי לא לקפוא ולכן בחודשי החורף (אמצע אוקטובר עד אמצע אפריל) מערכות המים בקרוואן מרוקנות ולא ניתנות לשימוש. יש לשים לב שבקנדה ובצפון ארה"ב יש להשתמש בנוזל נגד קיפאון (אנטי-פריז) במיכלי המים, כלומר לא ניתן יהיה להשתמש במערכות המים (כולל מקלחת ושירותים). השוכר מתבקש לבדוק בתחנת ההשכרה מהן ההוראות המדויקות החלות על השכרות בתקופת החורף. יש להיעזר במדריך התפעול להסברים וסיוע בטיפול במערכות בחורף.
השוכר יהיה אחראי על כל נזק שייגרם למערכות המים כתוצאה מקיפאון.

קרוואן חלופי
החברה רשאית לשדרג לקרוואן גדול יותר ללא עלות נוספת. במידה וניתן קרוואן ברמה נמוכה יותר החברה תזכה את הלקוח בהפרש.

מינימום לילות השכרה
3 לילות השכרה מינימום - בין 16 באוקטובר ל-14 במאי.
5 לילות השכרה מינימום - בין 15 במאי ל-14 ביוני ובין 1 באוקטובר ל-15 באוקטובר.
7 ימי השכרה מינימום - בין 15 ביוני ל-30 בספטמבר.
18 ימי השכרה מינימום - לשוכרים חבילה ללא הגבלת ק"מ.

חיות מחמד
קרוואנים מתאימים לחיות מחמד אפשריים ע"פ תיאום מראש וללא תוספת תשלום.

גרירה
הגרירה אסורה.

אחסון
אחסון של חפצים על הגג, אסור. יש אפשרות לאחסון חפצים בחינם, על אחריות השוכר.

תנאים כללים
כל ההשכרות הנן בכפוף לתנאים וההגבלות של חוזה השכירות. המחירים, המדיניות והתנאים ניתנים לשינוי ללא הודעה מוקדמת.

Pick-up Procedure

Afternoon pick-up is provided between 13:00 and 15:00 hrs, with scheduled appointments.
No refund is made in the event of a late pick- up.

Drop-off and Drop-off Transfers

Drop-off hours last from 09:00 to 11:00 hrs. Drop-off must be attended. Drop-off transfer is provided from the rental location to the airport or airport area hotels. Minimum 7 day rental, advance arrangement suggested.
Drop-off late surcharges are $80 per hour. No drop-off transfer is provided in the event of a late drop-off. No refunds are made for early returns or unused portions of rentals.

Preparation Fee

This is a mandatory one-time charge of $165 per vehicle per booking and is applicable to all bookings without exception.

The Preparation Fee covers:

1) The standard kit per vehicle.

2) Toilet chemical.

3) Pick-up and Drop-off transfers. Minimum 7 day rental. All pick-ups are Toronto Pearson Airport area Hotels. All pick-ups are Sedan Cars, accommodates 4 people (Larger vehicles are available upon request, extra fee).

There are no refunds for unused propane and toilet chemicals and there are no refunds if the customers do not meet the transfer rules and did not receive transfer or if the customer decides to do their own transfer at their own cost.

Mountain Bike and Bike Rack Rentals

We offer one size of adult mountain bike for rent.

We offer a 2 or 4 bike rack with 2 or 4 mountain bikes per carrier. If your customer wants to bring their own bike, bike racks only can be rented. The price for the bike rack only is $5 per night to a maximum of $75.

Canadian holidays are January 1, February 19, March 29, May 20, July 1, September 2, October 14, and December 25th/26th.

Maintenance and Cleaning Responsibility

The customer is responsible for checking all fluids at each refueling. Refills of all fluids (except gasoline) will be reimbursed at check in upon presentation of receipts. Gasoline tanks are full at pick-up and must be returned full. The vehicle must be returned clean inside, otherwise, cleaning charges may apply.

Repairs / Refunds/ Early Returns

Necessary repairs are refunded without previous authorization up to $50. The customer must provide receipts. If the customer paid for repairs in excess of $50 without previous authorization we will not give a refund. The customer assumes full Responsibility for any additional expenses incurred by reason of a vehicle breakdown. If the vehicle is in breakdown repair for more than 12 working hours through no fault of the customer, our responsibility to the customer is limited to a refund of the daily rate portion thereof Radio, TV/VCR, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, any appliances, plumbing, generator, cruise control and gps malfunctions are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are made for repair time to these items.

There will be no refunds for early return of a rental vehicle. 

Accident

In case of an accident, the customer must notify the police for a police report immediately, they must notify Motor Home Travel Canada Inc. immediately and make a full report in writing. CDW accident coverage is void if the customer fails to follow this procedure, and will be 100% responsible for all damages and related costs.

Credit Cards / Traveler’s Cheques

We accept Master/Eurocard, Visa, American Express credit cards as well as all CDN/USD Traveler’s Cheques. We are not responsible for the exchange rate fluctuations of any credit card transaction.

Driver’s License / Driver’s Age

The customer must be in possession of a current and valid driver's license, or a valid International Driver's permit. An insurance application must be completed and forwarded prior to the Pick up.

The minimum age to drive the motorhome is 25 years old.

Parking / Traffic Violations / Toll Roads

The customer is responsible for reporting and payment of all parking, traffic and toll road violations and charges at rental termination.

Non-reporting of parking, traffic and toll road violations and charges will result in an administrative charge of up to $100. Non-reported parking and traffic violations plus administrative charges will be charged against the customer’s credit card or will be collected at the customer’s domicile.

Restrictions

Driving is not permitted:

1) In Mexico.

2) On Logging roads, non public roads or Off Road. 

Northern Travel

All rental vehicles travelling to Alaska, the North West Territories and the Yukon Territories are permitted and must be confirmed in advance.

Winter Warning

All water and holding tank systems have to be kept above 5 degrees Celsius at all times, to avoid freezing. During the winter months (mid October to mid April) all vehicles are winterized. All water is drained from the water system and replaced with plumber’s antifreeze. Therefore there will be no access to the sink and shower. If you get your motor home de-winterized or winterized you must use an authorized RV Service Station, please get a copy of the receipt for both services as you are still liable for any damages that may occur while the motor home is in your care.
We recommend using plumber’s antifreeze to flush the toilet to ensure the waste does not freeze. Customers who pick up a motor home in a winterized state are permitted to have the unit dewinterized providing the temperatures are above 5 degrees Celsius. The de-winterizing is to be done by authorized RV Service Station. The de-winterization allows you to use the water system during your trip in the warm temperatures. Upon returning to temperatures below 5 degrees the vehicle must be winterized by RV Authorized Service Station again before reaching colder climate to avoid damages to the water system.

Substitutions

Motor Home Travel is entitled to upgrade the customer to a higher rated vehicle at no extra cost. Should a lower rated vehicle be offered, Motor home travel’s Responsibility is limited to the refund of the difference in gross rates.

Minimum Rental

A 3 nights minimum applies to all rentals between 16 October to 14 May. 
A 5 nights minimum applies to all rentals between 15 May to 14 June.
A 7 nights minimum applies to all rentals between 15 June to 30 September.
A 5 nights minimum applies to all rentals between 1 October to 15 October.
A 18 nights minimum is required for unlimited kilometers.

Pets

Pet friendly vehilcles available upon request, at no additional cost.

Towing

Towing is not permitted

Storage

The storage of items on the roof is not permitted. Free storage of luggage is available at the owner’s risk.

General Conditions

All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract. Prices, policies and conditions are subject to change without notice.

אחריות השוכר במקרה של רכישת ביטוח CDW
במקרה של אובדן או נזק לקרוואן במהלך ההשכרה, באשמת או לא באשמת השוכר, אחריות השוכר על  נזקי תאונה כולל גניבה, ונדליזם וכל נזק לקרוואן אינה מוגבלת. כלומר השוכר אחראי על כל אובדן ונזק:

1. נזק שנגרם כתוצאה משימוש שלא אושר ע"י חברת ההשכרה.
2. נזקים בחלק העליון של הקרוואן או שנגרמו מנסיעה אחורה.
3. נזק פנימי.
4. נזק לתחתית הקרוואן כולל צמיגים וגלגלים.
5. נזק שנגרם כתוצאה מחימום יתר או הקפאה של מערכות הרכב.
6. כל נזקי החלונות.
7. נזקים שנגרמו שלא בדרכים ציבוריות, כולל שטחי חניה, תחנות שירות וכו'.
8. מכות מאובייקטים הנמצאים בשולי הדרך, כמו מנורות וכו'.

דמי פיקדון יהיו על סך 3500 $ לקרוואנים מקטגוריה C ו-4500 $ לקרואנים מקטגורייה A. במקרה שלך השכרת WiFi תהיה תוספת של 250 $.

1. Public Liability Insurance

Liability insurance coverage is maintained on all rental vehicles to a maximum of $5,000,000 for any bodily injury and property damage liability claim brought by a third party (other than a paassenger) against the customer (and any other driver listed on the rental contract) as a result of the operation or use of their rental vehicle. This basic public liability coverage is included in all rental rates. All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of the rental contract. 

2. Customer Responsibility with Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

In the event of a loss or damage to the vehicle while on rent, weather or not due to the fault of the customer, the customer’s Responsibility for direct and accidental loss including theft and vandalism or damage to the vehicle is unlimited. That is, the customer is responsible for all loss or damages:
1) Caused as a result of use without the express permission or consent of Motor Home Travel Canada Inc.

2) Damage caused by striking overhead objects or from backing up the vehicle.

3) Interior damage.

4) Undercarriage damage, including tires and wheels.

5) Damage caused by freezing or overheating vehicle systems.

6) All glass damage.

7) All damages caused during any use of off public roads (including campgrounds, parking lots and service stations, etc.,)

8) Striking objects located off road i.e. lamp posts etc.

Security Deposit with CDW Coverage is $3,500. For all Class A - $4,500. When WiFi is taken, there will be a surcharge of $250 in addition.
